From the fall of 2014 to the spring of 2016, I headed up Content and Brand Marketing at The Museum of Modern Art’s retail division. I lead content creation and brand voice across digital platforms, catalog, print ads, in-store signage, and exhibitions. My job was to find a fresh new language for an institution that tended to take itself a bit too seriously. I’m happy to report that the approachable and slightly playful tone of voice that I created is being maintained by MoMA Design Store to this day.
